I am so excited to see how each and every one of us will shine and grow this year!

Homework:

Our weekly homework assignments will be sent home every Monday and returned every Friday.  This will include a phonics worksheet, math worksheet, and a book to read together.

Assessments:

We will be conducting quarterly assessments to monitor student growth! Reminders for curriculum-related quizzes and tests will be posted in our ClassDojo.

Meals:

Our school provides breakfast & lunch.  Please register your child for their school lunch account to access meals.  Our class will have snack time at the end of the day - please pack a snack with your child.

Education and Experience:

I graduated from Mississippi State University in 2020!  During my college years, I've helped spread the love for learning at the Memphis Teacher Residency Camp as a Reading Coach.  I'm so excited to spend my 4th year teaching with your amazing children!

I have my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and I am a Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Scholar.

Personal Info:

I am married to a rocket scientist who loves learning new things.  We love to cook and try new foods.  If we're not in the kitchen you can find us in the garden!
